The first 10 real submissions reserve a spot automatically; later submissions join the waitlist. Test guests do not use capacity. Manual changes cannot exceed 10 real reservations, and guests are never promoted automatically. When enabled, Resend emails the host after a real reservation is saved. Failed alerts remain queued; use Retry pending host alerts. Older uncertain deliveries require checking Resend logs before a manual resend.

Preview guest form reuses one sample invitation and resets only that sample. Real guest requests are never reset. Guests need their personal invitation link to reserve. The host desk requires owner sign-in.

Contact imports require your approval before storage. Invitation links are shown once; replacing a link invalidates the old one.
